By downloading or using the Emrius app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Emrius is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or interfere with its operation. You must be at least 13 years old to use Emrius.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Emrius offers optional Premium subscriptions billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
All content, features, and functionality within Emrius — including workout plans, graphics, and software — are owned by Rothzerg Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Workout plans, exercise guidance, and fitness content in Emrius are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rothzerg Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Emrius. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Emrius at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Emrius after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
